Cant even play

I just downloaded this game having it previously I knew it was a good game then I opened up the app to have it load fine then stop 19/20 of the way I waited a few minutes but it would then say error and had to restart it then do the cycle again and again
(Note to developers: plz fix this I really enjoy your game and would love to play it again)
